There is nothing better to us than a downtown Winston-Salem session. Over the past few years we have done more and more sessions there. When we started Urban Bloom 8 years ago there wasn't anything going on downtown. It has been amazing to see it grown so much in just a short period of time and there are an infinite number of places you can go for a session. When we talked with Curtis and Nicole about where they wanted to go they said they wanted to go downtown and they specifically wanted the lamp at The Brookstown Inn and also some "artsy" places. Those suggestions gave us a starting point and by the end of the session we ended up going to a lot of different places. They wanted to bring their cute dogs along and cute dogs are always welcomed in our sessions. We are just so happy we got to meet these two wonderful people (and their cute dogs). We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to capture these sweet memories and also to have photographed their wedding. Of course there will be a post on their wedding in the near future!
